Podm\u00ednky hypote\u010dn\u00ed smlouvy se li\u0161\u00ed od spole\u010dnosti ke spole\u010dnosti a je tak nutn\u00e9 opravdu pozorn\u011b \u010d\u00edst. Zazn\u00edvaj\u00ed pojmy, jako je fixace, refinancov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u00farokov\u00e1 sazba apod.
